Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a financial communications strategy that enhances our brand reputation and drives business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging financial content, including press releases, investor briefings, and earnings reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists, analysts, and investors to ensure timely and accurate communication of our financial performance.
- Oversee media inquiries and respond to financial performance and investment-related questions.
- Monitor market trends and business landscape to inform communications strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage senior leaders' financial media engagement and ensure seamless communication with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial communications, preferably in-house at a publicly listed company or at a leading agency.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong relationships with European financial and business journalists.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and German.
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Deep understanding of European financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
