Job Responsibilities

The Clinical Sales Associate will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of our installed da Vinci Surgical Systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the da Vinci Surgery capabilities and applications.
  • Collaborating with surgical teams to review and select appropriate cases for da Vinci Surgery.
  • Providing training and support to surgical teams to ensure consistent usage of the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Driving continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders.
Requirements

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or prior sales experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
