About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Support Agent to join our team in Berlin and work with a leading social media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement online advertising campaigns (B2B) and analyze marketing campaigns for existing customers (small and medium-sized companies).
  • Answer customer inquiries about the social media platform and its products, and assist in achieving advertising goals and budget improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, and implement and success control of digital campaigns of existing customers.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns, and detect early trends and escalate challenging campaign developments.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with excellent communication and support skills.
Requirements
  • Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Local in Germany.
  • Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking, and "go the extra mile" attitude.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Social media advert product knowledge or at least an affinity for digital advertising.
  • Native-like Dutch (C2 level) and very good command of English (B2 level).
  • Willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
  • An European passport or a work permit for Germany to be eligible for work.
