Job Title: Sales and Growth Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Berlin market, leveraging your knowledge of the local culture and customer base to drive bookings and grow our reach.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Bookings: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new clients and fill our schedule, utilizing your understanding of the local market and customer dynamics.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and local channels to boost visibility and engagement.
- Partnerships and Community Engagement: Build relationships with local influencers, wellness businesses, and potential partners to drive awareness and new customer acquisition.
- Track Performance: Monitor marketing and sales data to optimize campaigns and quickly adapt strategies to maximize conversions and bookings.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, ideally within the wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive bookings and meet targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage local communities and partners.
- Fluency in English is required; at least conversational proficiency in German is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving challenges and opportunities.
