Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Qualitätsmanager, der unsere Supply Chain mit seiner Expertise und seinem Engagement unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Vorbereitung, Pflege und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits und Bewertungen.
  • Die Funktion als APQP-Leiter für das Lieferantenportfolio und die Genehmigung von FAI und PPAP.
  • Die Erstellung von Eingangsinspektionsplänen und die Durchführung von Inspektionen zur Bestätigung der Lieferantenqualität.
  • Die Verwaltung von Ursachenanalysen und Plänen für Abhilfemaßnahmen bei Nichtkonformität.
  • Die Definition, Analyse und Kontrolle der Lieferantenleistung im Rahmen regelmäßiger Qualitätsprüfungen und die Festlegung von Verbesserungsplänen für die Lieferanten.
  • Die Aufrechterhaltung der digitalen Datenqualität unter Verwendung von IT-Anwendungen, um zur Überwachung des Zustands der Lieferkette in Echtzeit beizutragen.
  • Die Erkennung frühzeitiger Konflikte und die Förderung einer erfolgreichen Lösung für alle Mitarbeiter, Prozesse und Produkte.
  • Die Unterstützung und Betreuung der internen Stakeholder und Lieferanten entsprechend ihrem Entwicklungsbedarf bei Themen, die Industriestandards und Luftfahrtvorschriften betreffen.
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer SCQM-Prozesse und -Tools.
Anforderungen
  • Ein Studienabschluss als Ingenieur oder einen Technikerabschluss in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
  • Relevante Erfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
  • Erfahrung als Auditor oder Erfahrung nach EN9100/ ISO 19011.
  • Erfahrung mit Problemlösungswerkzeugen (z.B. 9S, 8d, Ishikawa, 5-Whys).
  • Kenntnisse in den Fertigungs- und Inspektionsprozessen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
  • Faktenorientiert, problemlösungsorientiert, belastbar und persönlich engagiert, um Erfolge zu erzielen.
  • Überzeugend in der Fähigkeit, sowohl gut in Teams als auch selbstständig zu arbeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
