Are you a seasoned Supply Chain or Project Management professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the aviation industry and a knack for leading cross-functional teams? We're seeking an ambitious and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager or Project Manager to join our dynamic team at designface GmbH.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification and assessment of potential suppliers, driving them towards serial contract signature.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met and products are delivered on schedule.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Manage inventories and establish a global warehouse and distribution plan in collaboration with the logistics team.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Quality Team to ensure compliance with EASA 21G and EN9100 quality standards.
  • Establish and monitor supply chain-related KPIs.
  • Participate in APQP activities to drive quality and efficiency.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar) and/or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain or technical project management roles.
  • Knowledge of component production is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus among team members.
  • Willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Customer-centric with a broad understanding of the business environment.
  • Fluent in English; German fluency is desirable.
