Wir suchen einen vertrauensvollen und kreativen Partner, der unsere Kunden in der Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg unterstützt. Als Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter Supply Chain werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und werden sich auf die operative Materialversorgung im Triebwerksbereich konzentrieren.

Aufgaben:
  • Die operative Materialversorgung im Triebwerksbereich sicherstellen
  • Materialverfügbarkeiten prüfen und Tauschoptionen organisieren und überwachen
  • Materialbuchungen durchführen
  • Eigenständige Erarbeitung von Alternativen bei Engpässen nach technischen, luftrechtlichen und kaufmännischen Anforderungen sowie Kundenprioritäten und Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
  • Kritische Teile identifizieren und priorisieren, Eskalationsprozesse anstoßen
  • Koordination notwendiger Maßnahmen mit den Bereichen (Kundendienst, Materialplanung, Einkauf etc.)
  • Vertretung der Versorgungsbelange der zugeordneten Werkstätten
  • Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen in der Supply Chain, Abstimmung mit Schnittstellen und Beauftragung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Anforderungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Facharbeiter- oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Anspruchsvolle Zusatzqualifikation, wie bspw. Meister oder Staatlich geprüfter Techniker
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Materialversorgung und / oder Triebwerkinstandhaltung wünschenswert
  • Anwenderwissen der EDV-Systeme für Materialwirtschaft und Steuerung wie SAP R/3
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Vorliegende Arbeitserlaubnis für die EU
