Digital Merchandising Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Manager to join our team at StarTech. As a key player in our Resellers Europe division, you'll be responsible for optimizing product performance throughout the customer journey, from initial awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and optimize 360-degree views of merchandising levers to support growth and maximize product availability.
- Leverage A/B testing across resellers' websites to improve assortment, navigation, content, and search.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to grow resellers in your book of business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track, report on, and streamline merchandising lever health and hygiene.
- Develop and execute advertising and promotion strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital merchandising, product management, marketing/advertising management, or related field.
- Proven track record in driving revenue and market share growth.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and merchandising tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product content.
