Senior Product Manager – UX

At Unternehmen inflow, we're collaborating with a tech company based in Berlin and Munich to deliver a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) that offers significant energy cost savings while supporting the shift to renewable electricity.

Our joint venture provides complete residential energy systems and leverages multiple revenue streams to help customers save money and enhance their satisfaction with fully electrified, energy-producing homes.

The solution deeply integrates with installed hardware, controlling energy assets like EVs, heat pumps, and home storage with precision, speed, and transparency.

Using intelligent real-time algorithms, we maximize customers' energy flexibility and optimize market returns, considering costs like grid fees and asset wear.

We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to define and drive the customer offering for VPP products across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers and VPP teams to communicate and integrate advanced technology, conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions, and engage with customers and test concepts to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.

The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, finance, sales) to define requirements and drive implementation, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate decision-making to advance initiatives.

Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure product success and ensure impact is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2C product management or UX roles with a focus on customer journey and user experience.
  • Proven experience in building, launching, and scaling complex B2C products.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and simplifying complex technology.
  • Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders and driving implementation.
  • Proficient in German and English communication.

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
  • Background with complex financial products.
  • Knowledge of energy products for end-customers.
