Compliance Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Raisin. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance risk analysis and assist with maintaining and undertaking compliance monitoring and control checks.
- Provide regulatory compliance support, including analysis of business impact and support for implementation.
- Assist with Raisin Group Policy maintenance and review, including assistance with capital markets compliance, directors' disclosures, outside interests, and hospitality registers.
- Onboard and monitor B2C and B2B commercial partners, including research, PEP/Sanctions checking and screening, negative media searches, and preparation of reports.
- Develop and deliver annual compliance training to new joiners.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of reporting to committees, the Board, and annual reporting, particularly for external audits.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in regulation, risk management, and/or compliance, preferably with experience in the banking or financial services industry. A degree-level education in a relevant field and at least 4 years of relevant experience are required.
- Background in regulation, risk management, and/or compliance, with experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the European legislative framework.
- Confident operator able to work with all levels, from junior to C-suite.
- Able to deliver high-quality insight and reporting in various formats, comfortable with handling data and internal tooling.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
