About the Role

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Indirect Tax to join our team. As a key member of our Indirect Tax team, you will play a critical role in supporting the analysis and optimization of global business models from a VAT perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Indirect Tax team in the analysis and optimization of global business models from a VAT perspective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement VAT tax support for necessary adaptations of the ERP system and the implementation of S/4 Hana.
  • Participate in VAT tax-related digitization and automation projects to drive process efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure VAT tax compliance and contribute to the further development of the tax compliance management system.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in law or economics or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of VAT in the tax department of an industrial company or in an international tax consulting or auditing firm.
  • Strong interest in data analytics and process optimization.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Process- and solution-oriented action as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Independent, self-reliant working style and a high level of commitment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, also on an international level.
