Position: Production Supervisor
- Oversee a dedicated production unit, focusing on enhancing team performance and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Strategically plan and facilitate uninterrupted production processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Assist in the initiation and execution of process improvement initiatives and projects.
- Perform quality assessments and maintain thorough documentation.
- Operate advanced laser and milling machinery.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, ideally in machining or manufacturing technology.
- Extensive leadership experience in comparable roles.
- Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
- Dependable, adaptable, and proactive in approach.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities with a methodical and self-sufficient work style.
