Senior Fabric Engineer Job Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fabric Engineer to join our team in Westminster, London. As a Senior Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial building fabric, including painting, decorating, and basic lighting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to building fabric, including painting, decorating, and basic lighting
  • Assist the maintenance team on site and liaise with colleagues to ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Organize and manage sub-contractors and quotes for larger projects
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
  • Undertake basic fabric duties, including touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, and making minor repairs to cabinets and desks
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance and fabric duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Health and safety experience and knowledge
  • Basic PC literacy and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work well under pressure
