Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued in our store
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Restock shelves, rotate merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required; sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
