IT Project Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Platform Professional to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our digital project management team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our IT projects.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with Hyundai's business objectives
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders across regions to ensure project success
- Identify and manage project dependencies and timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure team members have the necessary tools and support
- Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial parameters
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and goals
- Communicate and provide updates to stakeholders, senior management, and project teams on project progress, risks, and issues
- Ensure flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Hold a degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent, with PMP or equivalent certifications in Project Management
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2-3 years in digital project management
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, and Salesforce
- Have good knowledge of industry-specific regulations and familiarity with European regulations such as GDPR and data protection
- Be able to work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Be able to demonstrate high levels of ownership to deliver required outcomes
- Be fluent in English
