Software Development Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Working Student to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our agile software development team, you will contribute to the success of our customers by implementing our mobility solutions and applications based on cloud native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement mobility solutions and applications based on cloud native technologies.
- Participate in agile software development processes and own topics to drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance our applications.
- Develop cloud applications and apply practical programming skills.
- Ensure non-functional requirements, such as testing, are met.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: computer science, software engineering, or a related field (Bachelor or Master).
- Programming and database skills, preferably in object-oriented programming languages and a database query language.
- Experience with object-oriented programming principles, common data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with debugging and automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests).
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal) and able to clearly communicate within our group.
- Proactive team player with a hands-on mentality, ideally within agile software development processes.
