Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Applications Scientist to support our growth in the region. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make significant contributions to the field of spectroscopy.
Key Responsibilities- Work with potential customers to analyze samples and perform product demonstrations at our application laboratory or at customer sites within the Europe region.
- Conduct on-site installations, provide technical support, and offer user training for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product features and applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or engineering field, preferably with a focus in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or polymer research.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is highly beneficial.
- Flexibility in working hours due to customer travel and international meetings.
