Financial Business Controller

POSITION OVERVIEW
Financial Reporting Responsibilities: Gather, consolidate, evaluate, and present actual operational expenses on a monthly basis.
General Ledger Oversight: Oversee general ledger accounts, including intercompany transactions, ensuring prompt and precise month-end and year-end closing processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting Duties: Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts, offering insights and recommendations for cost management and financial effectiveness.
Audit Coordination: Facilitate and support both internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accessible and accurate.
System Optimization: Utilize SAP or Dynamics for effective financial management and reporting. Provide insights and suggestions for system enhancements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to COSO regulations and remain informed about relevant laws and practices.
Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with various teams, delivering financial insights and promoting a culture of financial awareness and accountability.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Professional Experience: At least 2-4 years of pertinent accounting experience, ideally in a multinational setting.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office; experience with SAP or Dynamics is advantageous.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Personal Qualities: Capable of working independently and proactively, with strong cultural sensitivity and interpersonal skills.
