We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our site installation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring installation activities, managing a team of specialists and technicians, and ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the technically correct, timely, and cost-effective installation of traction power supply components.
- Coordinate interfaces between technical and non-technical partners, define opportunity and risk measures, and review installation costs.
- Support tendering and awarding of installation contracts, improve technical documentation, and provide expert support during contract and amendment management.
- Develop and implement tangible execution concepts, taking into account risk minimization and cost reduction.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field with electrical engineering content.
- Many years of relevant experience in projects in the field of traction current electrification, power generation, or high-voltage direct current transmission.
- Expertise in project planning and development, team leadership, and construction site or technical project management.
- Fluency in English and ideally German.
