Room Service Attendant Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Room Service Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Room Service Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by serving food and beverages to our guests in their rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take room service orders over the phone or via our chat function
- Correctly bill the orders
- Prepare room service trays and trolleys and bring ordered food and beverages to guest rooms
- Serve food and beverages in the room and provide polite and attentive service
- Collect used trays and prepare mise en place for the next day
- Lend a hand in other F&B departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or gastronomy is ideal
- Be a team player who is attentive to guest needs
- Have an open-minded nature and a drive for self-initiative
- Be enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service
