Position: HR Operations Expert

In der Rolle des HR Operations Expert bei LiveEO sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verwaltung einer Vielzahl von personalbezogenen Aufgaben und Anfragen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen und Referenzen sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung der Personaldaten in unserem HR-Management-System
  • Beantwortung und Unterstützung bei individuellen Mitarbeiteranfragen zu verschiedenen HR-Themen, wie Elternzeit und Bewerbungsverfahren
  • Bearbeitung von Visumanträgen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Statistiken
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von HR-Prozessen und -Tools sowie Unterstützung von HR-Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnung
  • Behandlung von Fragen zu Steuer-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses
  • Verbesserung und Optimierung des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus
  • Bereitstellung von Unterstützung für das HR-Team in anderen Bereichen nach Bedarf, einschließlich Berichterstattung und Onboarding/Offboarding-Aufgaben
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Prozessoptimierung, Psychologie, Wirtschaft, HR oder ähnlichen Fachrichtungen
  • Nachgewiesene Hands-on-Mentalität und Begeisterung für HR-Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
  • Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie im Arbeitsrecht
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und vertrauenswürdige Arbeitsweise
  • Starkes Urteilsvermögen in Kombination mit einem methodischen und lösungsorientierten Ansatz
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Tools wie Personio, Confluence, Jira ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Visumanträgen ist von Vorteil
