Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Essential Adoption Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our adoption services organization, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting customers in their complex technical challenges, designing and developing intelligent tools and machines for our customer services, and helping colleagues in the regions to answer questions about our services, tools, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support customers in their complex technical challenges with detailed data and factual analysis (onsite and remote)
  • Design and develop intelligent tools and machines for our customer services using the latest technologies
  • Help colleagues in the regions to answer questions about our services, tools, and data analytics

Requirements

  • At least several years of professional experience in customer-facing skills, including presenting complex information to non-technical audiences, creating professional presentations, and handling customer questions
  • Experience with SAP solutions like S/4 HANA, Business Technology Platform, Business AI scenarios, and Joule
  • Programming skills in SQL, ABAP, JAVA, Python, or other languages
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics
