About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering and supporting customers in their complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support customers in their complex technical challenges with detailed data and factual analysis (onsite and remote)
  • Use expertise to help colleagues in the regions to answer questions about our services, tools, and data analytics
  • Design and develop intelligent tools and machines for our customer services using the latest technologies
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in customer-facing skills, including presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation skills, including creating professional presentations and handling technical/visual aids
  • Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications
  • Experience with SAP solutions like S/4 HANA, Business Technology Platform, Business AI scenarios, and Joule
  • Programming skills in SQL, ABAP, JAVA, Python, or other languages
