Job Title: Team Lead (f/m/x) IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Team Lead (f/m/x) IT Infrastructure. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the infrastructure team, including the professional development of team members
  • Design and implement a harmonized, stable, and secure IT infrastructure
  • Develop and implement a strategy for future cloud utilization
  • Define a roadmap for building and operating cloud-based systems
  • Plan and manage projects aimed at harmonizing regional setups
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of reliable and efficient IT systems
  • Ensure user support and maintain user satisfaction
  • Contribute to the building up of an EMEA IT organization
Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in IT infrastructure management. You should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in stabilizing and harmonizing IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments
  • Experiences in IT networks, identity and access management, operations of Windows servers, or license and asset management
  • ITIL or other IT service management framework knowledge
