About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Serrala. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor and maintain the stability of our IT infrastructure, including private and public clouds.
  • Participate in IT projects aimed at improving and upgrading our hybrid cloud infrastructure and systems.
  • Act as a escalation point for resolving hybrid cloud infrastructure-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and develop scripts or workflows to streamline IT processes, reducing manual intervention.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (desirable).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in hybrid environments (private and public clouds).
  • Public Cloud environments: Azure, AWS.
  • Linux Knowledge: Debian, RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.
  • Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, etc.
  • Orchestration and automation: Ansible, Puppet, Chef or PowerShell DSC (highly beneficial).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
