Business Development and Strategy Assistant

Job Opportunity at VoltStorage GmbH

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Business Development and Strategy Team as a Working Student (m/f/d). As a key member of our team, you will support us in further improving our strategies and developing business cases to showcase our mission to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess the relevance of new geographies
  • Develop customized recommendations for potential customers on the best use of VoltStorage's battery technology, including financial modeling
  • Support in the preparation of internal and external presentations and reports, including sales pitch documents and board meeting presentations
  • Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects, such as business planning and go-to-market strategy
  • Provide innovative ideas for the development of VoltStorage
Requirements
  • Ongoing studies of a technical or economic degree program in Business, Engineering, renewable energies or similar
  • Prior experience in strategy development and implementation, business development, and organizational development is a plus
  • Knowledge of the energy and energy storage industry is desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • An entrepreneurial and pragmatic personality
