Job Description

Hensoldt is a leading company in the European defense industry with a global presence. We develop sensor solutions for defense and security applications. As a Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Etablierung und Durchsetzung von Datenqualitätsrichtlinien, -standards, -verfahren und -prozessen sowie deren Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Datenverantwortlichen, Dateneigentümern und IT zur Lösung von Datenqualitätsproblemen
  • Bereitstellung von Schulungen und Unterstützung für Mitarbeiter zu bewährten Verfahren der Datenqualität
Requirements
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationsmanagement, Datenwissenschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Datenmanagement, in der Datenqualität oder einer ähnlichen Rolle mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Leitung von Datenqualitätsinitiativen / -projekten
  • Programmierung von Routinen) XLS, Power-BI, SAP R3 / S4 Hana sowie gängigen Datenqualitätswerkzeugen und -technologien
