Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Salesforce-Experten, der unser Competence Center Salesforce Solutions als "Integrated Practice" leitet. Als Leiter dieses Bereichs sind Sie verantwortlich für den Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäfts und den Aufbau von Neukundengeschäft in allen Bereichen von Salesforce, einschließlich Core Clouds, Marketing und Data Cloud sowie Mulesoft.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung des Competence Centers Salesforce Solutions
  • Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäfts und Aufbau von Neukundengeschäft in allen Bereichen von Salesforce
  • Verantwortung für die Kostenstelle und unternehmerische Steuerung der Kosten und Kostenentlastung
  • Führung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden an den NTT DATA DACH-Standorten
  • Personalentwicklung und -ausbau
  • Steuerung von Partnerschaften und Kooperationen
  • Vermarktung der Offerings bei Neukunden
  • Marketing, Innovationsmanagement und Planung von Investitionen für die Abteilungsentwicklung
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Salesforce-Softwarestack und den Kernprozessen im Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Kenntnisse neuester Entwicklungen und Trends in der Salesforce-Plattform
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Führung
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Starker und professioneller Umgang mit operativen Managementherausforderungen & Konflikten im Tagesgeschäft
