About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by implementing SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using SAP software.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations on solutions to address business challenges, focusing on SAP software portfolio and interfaces to customers' IT architecture.
  • Develop, guide, lead, and represent strategic project approaches for SAP implementations that align with clients' business objectives and requirements.
  • Work closely with customer senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred with a business informatics or technical focus from an accredited University.
  • Several years of experience in Consulting or Customer Advisory roles, preferably with a focus at the Life Sciences Industry, or as a key user for SAP products in a Life Science, Pharma, or Chemical company.
  • End-to-end process understanding related to pharmaceutical products and broad knowledge of specific requirements related to the industry-specific requirements (mainly GxP).
  • Affinity to technical platforms and a strong understanding of concepts within cloud/hybrid architectures and corresponding further developments in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Functional and/or technical expertise on the SAP solution portfolio around SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP are highly beneficial.
  • Foundational knowledge on business process modeling and/or enterprise architecture (e.g., BPMN, SAP Signavio, TOGAF) are beneficial.
  • The ability to self-organize and prioritize, strong capabilities to analyze processes and advise strategically.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills and the comfort to align on various organizational levels, incl. C-level Management.
  • Excellent English & German written and verbal communication skills (C-Level), further languages are an asset.
