Strategic Project Manager

Bruker Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CALID group, you will be responsible for managing and driving high-value strategic projects on a national and international top management level.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes and develop solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Act as a business partner to functional areas and support their project management efforts.
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain an overview of strategic initiatives and the resulting project pipeline.
- Prepare top management presentations and moderate management meetings.
- Degree in business administration or similar specialization.
- At least 3-6 years of professional experience in a renowned consulting company or in a comparable position in an international company.
- Hands-on experience in managing complex projects in strategy development and implementation, business transformation, and Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management topics in the life science industry is beneficial.
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset, excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual skills.
