Strategic Project Manager

Bruker is a leading life sciences tools and diagnostics company, and we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CALID group, you will be responsible for managing and driving high-value strategic projects from conception to implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes and develop solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Act as a business partner to functional areas and support their project management efforts.
- Take ownership of delivering cross-functional projects and develop an overview of strategic initiatives and the resulting project pipeline.
- Prepare top management presentations and moderate management meetings.
- Contribute to the M&A and Business Development team, driving the transformation of our company.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 3-6 years of professional experience in a renowned consulting company or a comparable position in an international company.
- Hands-on experience in managing complex projects, strategy development, and business transformation.
- Experience in Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects and/or exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management topics in the life science industry is beneficial.
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset, excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual skills.
- Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Fluent English skills required, German speaking may be an advantage.
