Job Title: Senior Thermographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Thermographer to join our team at TÜV SÜD America, Inc. As a Senior Thermographer, you will be responsible for providing world-class field engineering customer service through efficient delivery of GRC's Infrared Thermographic Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality IR Thermographic field engineering services and corresponding report content.
  • Conduct effective/efficient field engineering services within ~100% of the quoted hours.
  • Provide client satisfaction and retention through quality services and excellence in communications.
  • Ensure all applicable electrical equipment is "scanned" throughout all of the site's facilities.
  • Perform Visual Examination (site-wide assessments for all applicable substandard electrical systems conditions).
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10-yrs of experience in the industry of Infrared Thermography and/or as an Electrician.
  • Journeyman Electrician is optimal/preferred, but not required.
  • 2-year technical degree in Maintenance, Reliability, Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent experience.
  • Level I or II Certified Infrared Thermographer meeting qualifications of ASNT or equivalent by an ISO 9001 or equivalent registered company.
  • Strong Computer and Technology Skill-set.
  • Ability to learn GRC's technology, equipment, electronic software and interface between external devices and laptop.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in servicing major accounts.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work with administrative and support staff.
