Join Freudenberg as a Product and Technical Manager – Construction Sector

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the ownership and accountability of product portfolio and product life cycle development.
  • As part of the EMEA team, you will be responsible for stakeholder management through influencing, driving, and supporting.
  • Your understanding of the manufacturing environment will help you translate market needs to product specifications.
  • You will be responsible for writing new business development plans, setting price strategy, and establishing marketing plans.
  • You will be an initiator and participant in process optimization, cost reduction, and new product development projects.
  • You will support quality and certification processes and be responsible for technical complaint handling.

Qualifications:

  • You are an engineer with an affinity to (technical) marketing or you have a strong technical sales/marketing background with a commercial component.
  • You are experienced in the construction sector and have an understanding of the CE regulations in the construction sector.
  • You are a team player and a strong communicator in a professional and technical setting.
  • You have solid marketing knowledge combined with conceptual thinking and strong presentation skills.
  • You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
  • You are willing to travel within the EMEA region.
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken, and a good command of German is nice to have.
