Job Overview

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a knowledgeable advisor for agricultural buildings and facilities for our customers as a Sales Consultant in the field
  • Ensure professional sales of our extensive range of products for farm technology in your sales area
  • Cultivate customer relationships with creativity and dedication, expanding BayWa's market position through acquiring new customers
  • Be the primary contact person from creating offers to site supervision and project completion

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • Technical and/or commercial education, ideally related to agriculture or construction
  • Experience in agricultural construction is beneficial, along with a Class B driver's license, proficiency in MS Office, and preferably some knowledge of CAD drawing
  • Enjoy being hands-on and have a persuasive personality towards customers as a Sales Consultant in the field
  • Strong sales skills and enjoy measuring success based on achievements
  • Ability to independently organize and structure your workday
