Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Associate/Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our kitchen team in preparing and serving food.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen and sales floor areas.
- Support the kitchen team in preparing and serving food, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
