Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Associate/Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen and sales areas.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and promoting products.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
