Logistics Coordinator

As a key member of our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of goods across various modes of transportation, including articulated trucks, Euro and mega trailers, and standard trucks.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and manage national and international truck charter transports, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Negotiate with carriers and drivers to secure the best possible rates and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for hazardous goods, general cargo, and direct loads.
- Collaborate with other logistics companies to offer a comprehensive service for the procurement and distribution of goods.
- Plan and organize tours and routes, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimizing delays.
- Process tenders and negotiate contracts with carriers and suppliers.
- Hold a degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Have experience in truck purchasing and scheduling, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
- Possess excellent geographical knowledge and organizational skills.
- Be proficient in MS Office and have a basic understanding of IT systems.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
