TalenTailors IT Solutions Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Engineer to join our team at TalenTailors. As a key member of our customer's dynamic team, you will play a critical role in evaluating, designing, and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless operational processes by managing and enhancing our internal IT systems.
  • Ensure our users have everything they need to thrive in their roles by providing exceptional support at the IT-Service Desk.
  • Develop solutions that optimize user processes through SaaS tools for integration and automation, leveraging your strong grasp of user needs and workflows.
  • Elevate the user experience of our IT services by adopting a customer-focused mindset and consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Craft solutions that are cost-effective and highly beneficial by working with a diverse array of cloud-based tools and services.
  • Demystify complex tech concepts, making it simpler for non-technical colleagues to understand both what's possible and what's not.
  • Support projects with IT deliverables, driving Wandelbots forward in our mission to democratize robotics every single day.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations and Support.
  • Hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware in a Microsoft Cloud environment.
  • Skilled in working with a diverse array of major cloud software, including Atlassian Stack, Microsoft Azure and 365, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Well-versed in the IT Service lifecycle and the tools that support it, such as Jira, IT-Asset Management Database, and Intune.
  • Excellent prioritization and task navigation skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity with ease.
  • Solid grasp of business processes and the ability to align them with IT services.
  • Can-do attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering results and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Team player with a strong sense of openness, curiosity, and ambition.
  • Fluent in both English and German, in writing and speaking.
  • Ready and willing to work from our Dresden office 2-3 days a week.
