TalenTailors is seeking a talented IT Solutions Engineer to play a critical part in evaluating, designing, and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide, manage, and enhance internal IT systems to keep operational processes seamless.
  • Ensure users have everything they need to thrive in their roles at the IT-Service Desk.
  • Develop solutions that optimize user processes through SaaS tools for integration and automation.
  • Elevate the user experience of our IT services with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Craft solutions that are cost-effective and highly beneficial using a diverse array of cloud-based tools and services.
  • Demystify complex tech concepts for non-technical colleagues.
  • Support projects with IT deliverables, driving Wandelbots forward in our mission to democratize robotics.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years in IT Operations and Support.
  • Has hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware in a Microsoft Cloud environment.
  • Is skilled in working with a diverse array of major cloud software.
  • Is well-versed in the IT Service lifecycle and the tools that support it.
  • Excels at prioritizing tasks and navigating through ambiguity with ease.
  • Possesses a solid grasp of business processes and can align them with IT services.
  • Embraces a can-do attitude and is eager to learn and adapt.
  • Displays excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Is a team player who is open, curious, and ambitious.
  • Is fluent in both English and German, in writing and speaking.
  • Is ready and willing to work from our Dresden office 2-3 days a week.
