Job Opportunity at REWE Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our CRM and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of reichweitenstarken (high-reach) campaigns in a CRM tool, focusing on the REWE Newsletter.
  • Support reporting and analysis, interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and market developments, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of competitor campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement incentivization measures and win-win games.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions and meetings with various stakeholders within the company.
  • Develop proficiency in various systems and marketing tools, essential for future career success.
  • Bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skills, with a quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Enjoy working with data and have the ability to analyze customer perspectives on our campaigns, drawing meaningful conclusions.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, with a passion for marketing, reporting, and e-commerce.
  • Commit to 16-20 hours per week and be available for at least one year.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with HTML and Photoshop knowledge being beneficial. Previous marketing experience is desirable.
