About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at REWE Group. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our CRM and e-mail marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of reichweitenstarken (high-reach) campaigns in a CRM tool, focusing on the REWE Newsletter.
  • Support reporting and analysis, interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and market developments, providing insights on the most effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and execute incentivization measures and win-win campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize various marketing tools and systems, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bring a strong work ethic, with a focus on self-motivation, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working with data, analyzing customer perspectives, and drawing meaningful conclusions from campaign results.
  • Be a student with a passion for marketing, reporting, and online retail business.
  • Commit to 16-20 hours per week, with a minimum of one year of availability.
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, with HTML and Photoshop knowledge being a plus.
  • Previous marketing experience is desirable, but not necessary.
