About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team at ROM Technik. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Procurement Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Procurement Manager in correspondence, scheduling, and organization
  • Source and procure vendor quotes and create price comparisons
  • Verify purchase orders and track delivery schedules
  • Prepare and submit claims for defects
  • Support in reviewing invoices for discrepancies
  • Be responsible for the procurement process of standard materials

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education
  • Desirable: initial professional experience in procurement within the TGA industry
  • Technical understanding of our services
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics NAV (Navision) and MS Office
  • Ability to work flexibly, both individually and as part of a team, even under high workloads, and to communicate solutions-oriented
