5g Purchase Coordinator

**What you will be doing**:
The 5G Purchasing Manager is responsible for ordering of goods, maintain records of goods ordered and received, as well as stock and utilization of goods in projects. You will be responsible for:

- Schedule deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders.
- Request quotations and negotiates prices with suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and selects prospective vendors.
- Keep up to date the Project Calculator tool including the prices of goods and services used by 5G projects.
- Carry out the annual inventory review and prepare evaluation for finance controlling and accounting.
- Maintain an overview of the goods (HW, SW Licenses and Support) purchased for every project.
- Ensure the project overview is aligned finance controlling booking against 5G projects.
- Be the contact and liaison person for ordering, quotation and finance issues towards the 5G Product Development and Customer Project, Sales, Controlling and teams respectively.
