Job Description

As a Reliability and Quality Control Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and components. Your duties will include collaborating with development teams, performing qualification/requalification of products and processes, analyzing complaints and product deviations, and summarizing and presenting results.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development teams on new projects
  • Perform qualification/requalification of products and processes in our physical laboratory
  • Analyze complaints and product deviations
  • Direct collaboration with development and quality assurance teams
  • Summarize and present results
  • Process technical cleanliness inspections
  • Organize maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment or purchase new devices
Requirements and Competencies
  • You have a technical/scientific degree or comparable qualifications
  • You have young professional or professional experience in the relevant area of responsibility
  • You have knowledge of QM methods and processes
  • You have good experience/knowledge of connector specifications
  • You have simple normative knowledge in the area of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA tapes
  • You have basic knowledge of technical cleanliness
  • You know how to use measurement and testing equipment available in our laboratory
  • You handle laboratory chemicals
  • You can quickly grasp complex issues and implement them in a targeted manner
  • You work solution- and cost-oriented as well as independently, analytically, and structuredly
  • You have strong awareness of quality
  • You work structuredly, systematically, and team-oriented
  • You have a high level of initiative
  • You are fluent in German and English
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive performance-based bonus plans, health and wellness incentives, employee stock purchase program, community outreach programs/charity events, and an employee resource group.
