Job DescriptionAs a Reliability and Quality Control Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and components. Your duties will include collaborating with development teams, performing qualification/requalification of products and processes, analyzing complaints and product deviations, and summarizing and presenting results.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with development teams on new projects
- Perform qualification/requalification of products and processes in our physical laboratory
- Analyze complaints and product deviations
- Direct collaboration with development and quality assurance teams
- Summarize and present results
- Process technical cleanliness inspections
- Organize maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment or purchase new devices
- You have a technical/scientific degree or comparable qualifications
- You have young professional or professional experience in the relevant area of responsibility
- You have knowledge of QM methods and processes
- You have good experience/knowledge of connector specifications
- You have simple normative knowledge in the area of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA tapes
- You have basic knowledge of technical cleanliness
- You know how to use measurement and testing equipment available in our laboratory
- You handle laboratory chemicals
- You can quickly grasp complex issues and implement them in a targeted manner
- You work solution- and cost-oriented as well as independently, analytically, and structuredly
- You have strong awareness of quality
- You work structuredly, systematically, and team-oriented
- You have a high level of initiative
- You are fluent in German and English
We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
