About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at ERNI. As a key member of our Quality Control and Reliability Teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for testing and inspecting products against performance and integrity criteria, and for summarizing and presenting results.

In this role, you will collaborate with development teams on new projects, perform qualification and requalification of products and processes, and carry out analyses and findings in the event of complaints and product deviations. You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment and purchasing new devices as needed.

Requirements
  • A degree in a technical or scientific field, or equivalent qualifications
  • Young professional or professional experience in the relevant area of responsibility
  • Knowledge of QM methods and processes, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA tapes
  • Good experience/knowledge of connector specifications
  • Basic knowledge of technical cleanliness
  • Knowledge of measurement and testing equipment, as well as their control and evaluation software
  • Ability to handle laboratory chemicals
  • Strong awareness of quality and a structured, systematic approach to work
