The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging content across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce engaging and high-quality content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Be responsible for the ongoing content plan and lead special activations.
  • Create video content, including appearing on camera, scripting, shooting, and editing to deliver compelling visual stories.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure content is relevant and innovative.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to improve future content and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • German and English speaking is a must, Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in video production is a plus.
  • Willingness to appear on camera.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
