About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at GBA Group. As a key member of our Central Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure goods and services from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms.
  • Manage procurement databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop procurement strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • First-hand experience in procurement and project work.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in German and English languages.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement software and tools.
