About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Build My Career GmbH. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of office management, including facilities, administration, and team support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate all topics around office and facility management, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative and organizational support to our team, including calendar management, travel planning, and expenses.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with colleagues, partners, and external vendors, maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve office-related issues, implementing innovative solutions to improve office functionality and atmosphere.
  • Reception and Support: Receive and support all guests and meetings, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in office management and/or team assistance, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Qualifications: Completed professional apprenticeship or relevant certification, such as in tourism/hotels, secretarial duties, or similar.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, fluency in German and English (French is a plus), and valid work permit for the European Union.
