Job Title: Operations Manager

At 0871 Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our syndicated loans team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of loans from origination to maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of syndicated loans, including project financings, leveraged transactions, and acquisition financings.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and market counterparties to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Review and negotiate legal documents, including loan agreements and security agreements.
  • Coordinate and collect internal approvals for new deals and lifecycle events.
  • Manage lifecycle events during the lifetime of a loan, including amendments, waivers, and extensions.
  • Deliver key information to support external auditors in preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Support senior management in local and global projects.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration or economics.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a comparable role in the banking sector.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Sound advisory capabilities to manage external and internal clients' requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a team management role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Loan IQ.
Language Skills:
  • German: Required (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
  • English: Required (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
  • French and Spanish: Optional.
