As a leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a multinational team of around 10 people, driving their performance and development. You will establish KPIs to monitor business health, creating processes to track and improve performance continuously.
You will oversee the performance of cost-controlling processes, identifying and executing opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear, high-level communication while also supporting your team to drive results.
Additionally, you will work with Business Analysis, Business Engineering, Product, and Tech teams to implement automation tools, reducing manual processes and improving team efficiency. You will manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving the controlling function, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the logistics budget, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in logistics, supply chain, business, economics, finance, or a related field. You should have at least 6+ years of relevant work experience and a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
You should have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward shared goals. You should be able to take ownership of tasks, learn quickly, and continuously drive improvements.
You should have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on proactive, transparent communication both upward to senior stakeholders and downward to the team. You should be able to distill complex quantitative concepts into understandable insights.
Key Requirements:
- At least 6+ years of relevant work experience
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
